Cancellation & No Show up policy

At CocoKay Nails we understand that things come up and schedules change, but in order to ensure our salon runs smoothly and to accommodate all of our clients with any of our services like a Russian Manicure for example, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• If you reschedule your appointment, and cancel again or do no not show up our No-Show Policy will apply.

 

 

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• Additionally, we may require a 50% non refundable deposit, for future appointments.

 

 

Late Arrival Policy:

• If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service to accommodate other clients.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the no-show policy fee will be applied.
